The judge hearing the Waymo vs. Uber lawsuit ordered Uber to hand over to Waymo an unredacted copy of its term sheet with Otto–the company Uber purchased for its LiDAR technology which Waymo claims was as its IP. TechCrunch reports that Judge Corley didn’t see any basis for Uber’s desired redactions.
