Faraday Future announced it has received 64,124 reservations for its EV FF 91 car unveiled earlier this week at CES, but didn’t say how many put down $5,000 for the priority access option. According to the report, the preorder number falls well short of the 232,000 pre-orders Tesla got for Model 3 in a day and given the free tier, it’s impossible to figure if they raised enough money to sustain operations past February 2017, when some reports said they would run out of cash.
