Tesla’s fourth-quarter sales rose 27 percent—but just shy of its goal of delivering at least 80,000 vehicles in 2016. The company said it sold 22,200 vehicles during the fourth quarter of 2016 compared with 17,478 a year earlier, according to the Wall Street Journal. For the entire year, Tesla sold a total of 76,230 cars and sport-utility vehicles.
