Rolls-Royce builds final Phantom VII

Rolls-Royce has built the last current-generation Phantom. The milestone car is a long-wheelbase model commissioned by a noted — and anonymous — Rolls collector. A brand-new model built on an aluminum-intensive platform is expected to make its debut before the end of the year.
