FCA faces class-action lawsuits over diesel emissions

Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles is facing two class-action lawsuits over diesel-powered models that allegedly emit too much NOx. One of the suits was filed on behalf of Canadian owners, and the second was filed on behalf of American owners.
